  This pharmacy called yesterday and today to let my daughter know that her Rxs were ready to be picked up. She went to auto fill because one prescription was repeatedly not filled with the rest, typically she makes one trip to town a month to get all her shopping needs done and was wasting time and gas money repeating trips to this pharmacy that should only take one time plus her prescriptions were "flagged" that she was not compliant in getting her meds regularly. She has tried to get the Rxs filled on time and picked up but pharmacy seems to keep dropping the "ball". She was told that her one rx had to be ordered special (never use to have that after years of getting same rx from same pharmacy). However, pharmacy did call 2xs so she went to town to get Rxs and shopping done. Pulled into the drive through as usual and was told the one Rx had to be special ordered (again even though she was on auto fill again (same thing kept happening before also for months). The Rx not filled would be in tomorrow after 5 p.m. The gripe is the same thing is happening all over again and why in the heck would they call to say order was ready to be picked up twice when whole order was not ready????? My daughter has other appts. tomorrow so that day will be out.

  Terrible.... I swear the pharmacy has messed up my script every month for the last three months... Not having my med...or not having enough causing me to have to make extra twenty min trips or they just simply won't fill them because of some bullshit rule they make up when my damn insurance will cover my script I should be able to pick it up....save yourself the trouble and do not use this location!

  I've been meaning to post a positive review and kept forgetting. I had another great service encounter tonight that reminded me to do so. Mostly, I don't need much from my pharmacy, but on the occasion I do, they've gone above and beyond. Thank you.
